Yes of course. Most of our jewelry is crafted with freshwater cultured pearls. Some of our special designs also feature saltwater pearls, such as Tahitian pearls. Each product description clearly states the type and size of the pearls, so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Absolutely. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and the tag remains intact. Simply contact us, and we will gladly arrange a smooth and easy return process for you.

Each product description specifies the length of the necklace or bracelet and whether an extension chain is included. Please check the size before purchasing. If none of the available sizes suit you, feel free to get in touch. We will be happy to adjust the piece especially for you – usually within 1-3 days. If additional materials are required, we will inform you in advance about a possible price adjustment.

For deliveries to the United States, due to current customs regulations, we can only ship orders valued under 100 USD.
Shipping costs start from €25. You may also need to cover customs duties and declaration fees yourself.
